Banner Security Request for UAC Termination Report Access
Access your Pirate Port Account from the ECU main webpage. https://pirateport.ecu.edu/connect/#/login
Click on Banner Security Request
Click the name of the module that corresponds with the data your application uses. If your application uses multiple types of data click the module for each of the data areas.
Complete the questions in the module pop-up(s) and the check box for that module will be checked.
Add the following text to the comments box:
Name of your Application
“Need BAN_GEN_SECURITY_UAC_C for Termination Report access”
Detail what data regulations your application must abide by (FERPA, GLBA, PCI, HIPAA, ITPA, HR General Statutes, etc.)
Click the submit button to submit your request.
Read the Administrative Systems Confidentiality Statements and click OK for both.
Check that your security request shows up in the Security Request History at the bottom of the Banner Security Request form. The request will be sent to your supervisor then to the module approvers and you will be added to the BAN_GEN_SECURITY_UAC_C AD group so you will receive the termination report for user access control.
